1. You will be allowed 1 hour of television a day.

2. You cannot watch Castle unless it's online.

3. You can only watch Castle online when you're running.

4. You will lock the dry cabinet every weekend, and everyday after 9 pm, unless the following circumstances apply:

• Anyone else apart from you needs it.
• You need it, for any project that is neither frivolous nor experimental. In which case, a detailed plan with definite steps must have been clearly written in legible handwriting and not the usual drawl you inflict upon your work. And with diagrams.
• Set-up must not take more than 15 minutes, and the project itself not more than another 15.

5. You can only use the laptop for an hour a day, during the time when you're watching television.

6. If you need a break from work, you will not use any form of electronic device to sate your boredom. You will play guitar, or draw, or write, or read, or stare at the wall (without falling a sleep). You will refrain from taking your camera from the (locked) dry cabinet and taking photographs which you would delete at a later time anyway.

7. You will sleep at12 am everyday, unless a) you are impelled by work to sleep later, or b) it is beyond your physical capability to sleep at such a time.

8. You will do your work, and ask when you do not know how.

9. You will continue hoping that it's not too late.
