It's strange how your friends are usually the ones who hurt you, but mean well. And that the people who aren't really the ones there for you are the ones who make you feel good. It's like Corporal Punishment. You're supposed to feel happy and loved when your parents hit you. Or something.
It's strange how so many females say that they would go for the "gentle" guy. I asked many awhile ago, "Would you rather go for a guy who's liked by children because he chases them around with the risk of them running against something and breaking their neck, or a guy who would sit down and the kids would naturally come to him, and he would play with them and talk to them without screaming and in a safe non-neck-breaking environment?" All of them said the 2nd, including myself. It's not that they chose that answer which is strange, it's that they usually end up with the other sort.
It's strange how one usually falls for the weirdest people. At the weirdest of chances.
And it's strange how a young boy like Mateen would be asking me whether i had "hip hop" or "Kanye West" songs in my phone.
