got any remedies for cardiac malfunction?

I realized a few things about me to day. Though some of which, i've subconsciously known before. Anyway.

1) I can get very, very jealous over very small a thing (Oh. Whee. I've known this before.)
2) I never stop thinking. Which often makes me a victim of weird thoughts. Like my dreams. Whee.
3) I have a "torture me" trigger. So if you hate me, well, it's easy to kill me. At least partially. Whee?

I just want to rest...
